Náplň práce:
• Establishing the international call center with multinational team in Bratislava office, with full training and further development
• Managing daily operations of the call center and back office;
• Setting and controlling meeting performance targets for speed, efficiency, sales and quality;
• Liaising with supervisors and team leaders from other offices in UK, Malta and Ukraine;
• Drafting shift patterns and the number of staff required to meet clients’ demand;
• Reviewing the performance of staff, identifying development needs and planning training sessions;
• Coaching, motivating and retaining staff and coordinating bonus, reward and incentive schemes;
• Interviewing potential staff;
• Updating colleagues on business performance, new initiatives and other pertinent issues;
• Forecasting and analyzing data against budget figures on a weekly and/or monthly basis;
• Monitoring CRM use and CRM filling by Bratislava employees;
• Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry developments.
