We are a business development organization, driving growth for over 2 million Amazon sellers. Our Amazon Business team is responsible for accelerating sales growth and expanding selection for our business customers, by attracting B2B sellers and promoting B2B feature adoption among the existing seller base across the Europe.
As an Account Specialist in this international team, you will play a key role improving customer experience by working with Sellers to ensure that we are providing the best B2B invoicing experience. This will require auditing invoices from Sellers across the world, building reporting, then working with other internal teams and stakeholders to help educate Sellers on how to improve their invoicing experience for customers.
Roles and Responsibilities
Audit Seller invoices to assess quality and spot issues
Build metrics and reporting
Help educate and inform Sellers
Gather feedback and help drive customer satisfaction
Work closely with Account Management, Product Management, Finance, Support teams and other key internal Amazon stakeholders.
